Blessed

This weekend we attended the blessing of my nephew and of course I snapped a few photos. However, I was lucky to get a few minutes with him. He was constantly being held by someone and frequently there was someone "in-line" for the next turn. There is something so perfect and precious about little babies that is so intoxicating and peaceful you can't help but want to hold them and love them. Here are a few from today.

(All taken at ISO 200, f/6.3, 1/50 sec, with bounced flash)

You must have a steady hand. 1/50 sec for me means tripod! Either that or blur. :)

I can only handhold 1/50 sec when I am using flash (which I was) because flash freezes motion. Handholding that without flash would have been a blurry disaster!!
